more updatey for the time being

• made difficult mode harder
• controller support!!!! + new retro
• fixed health displaying incorrectly before being damaged in difficult mode
• made the player's walking speed faster (from 5 to 6)
• blocked off some areas that new players would explore which didnt do anything
• added extra dialogue for static doors (the ones which were already part of the map)
• reverted the name of City Life Man
• made the name box bigger
